With proven postdoctoral expertise in a research area related to medical science, you will be expected to establish an independent research programme. You will be expected to have, or to develop, an interest in the application of biophysics or biomedical photonics approaches to biological and clinical problems and to become part of ongoing interdisciplinary medical photonics collaborations (see http://medicine.st-andrews.ac.uk/research.aspx and http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/~biophot/).
